Aiming at being industry best in class

Leni is a member of french UNIMEV organisation ( event industry alliance) who promotes responsible programs to be delivered by all event industry players. Its within these guidelines that Leni has decided to implement the ISO 20121 Certification aiming to demonstrate our commitment to our employees, providers, partners and clients.


 
The 4 Pillars of Leni's management policy and sustainable development:
  • Duty of Inclusion : especially employees and clients proposals and priorities on Leni's CSR.
  • Duty of Vigilance : encourage staff to take into account the principles of sustainable development and making them aware.
  • Duty of Integitry : be proactive by applying ahead CSR policies recomended by the industry, social changes or society evolution.
  • Duty of Transparancy : good news or bad news, when it matters it must be communicated, externally or internally.
