A) Klipso Platform:

The use of the Klipso Lead and Klipso Reader Applications are subject to the use of the Klipso platform published by LENI. You will find in the following link the Terms of Use of the platform and the terms governing the management of data: https://www.leni.fr/mentions/

B) Data protection

You have downloaded or rented the KLIPSO LEADS app as part of the event you are attending. As a user of this application, you must indicate to your contact that:

  • His consent is linked to his agreement to have his badge scanned.
  • All the data provided during registration (contact details, activity, function, ..) at the event are likely to be sent to you (excluding login names and passwords)

You agree to give the opportunity to rectify or delete this data as soon as you have possession of it, to each of your contacts. C) General conditions of use and sale

The OPTICON, KLIPSO READER and KLIPSO LEADS offers entitle you to secure access by username and password to a personalized web platform on behalf of an exhibitor. The KLIPSO web platform allows you to set up a qualification questionnaire synchronized with your KLIPSO LEADS application and/or the KLIPSO reader READER.La KLIPSO web platform allows you to retrieve at any time, during and after the event to your contact file in the format EXCEL.La platform is accessible
for 1 month , after the closing date of the show. Access to the web platform is sent by LENI in the 7 days preceding the opening of the Show: internet link to the secure platform, username and password.

USE OF KLIPSO LEADS LICENSE
You must have a mobile phone running Android operating system later than 4.4 or IOS later than version 9.0. The license granted is valid exclusively for the edition of the Show mentioned on the platform. In the event of a breakdown or user change, it is not possible to “release” the license to use a smartphone or tablet to assign it to a new device. An intervention of LENI support is necessary.

WARNING: if the exhibitor uninstalls the KLIPSO LEADS application from his mobile device without ensuring that the recorded information is synchronized and sent to the dedicated web platform, all data will be permanently lost.

  • LENI does not guarantee the user’s non-functional equipment.
  • LENI cannot guarantee the compatibility of the exhibitor’s equipment with the KLIPSO LEADS application.

QRCODE
The QR code encoded on the badges of the Show is encrypted and can only be decoded by the tools made available by reading LENI.La QR code, present on the badge of the visitor, using the KLIPSO LEADS application and / or the KLIPSO READER allows to visualize on the screen of the Smartphone used the key fields of the contact: Company, surname, first name, email, telephone. All additional information provided by the visitor, when registering for the show, will automatically be included in the Excel file of your contacts. When choosing the Bluetooth Printer option, only the key fields viewable on the smartphone screen are printed and edited on the printer’s paper sheet.

DATA RECOVERY
The KLIPSO platform available on the internet allows the exhibitor to access the list of contacts scanned on the stand in real time, after synchronization of these contacts contained in the mobile device. The content of the data in the file is linked to the data transmitted by visitors during registration for the Fair and the choice of the organizer. LENI cannot be held responsible for the quality of the information transmitted.

MISC
LENI cannot be held responsible for the coverage of the 3G/4G/5G and/or WIFI network during the event. The printer is only available with the KLIPSO READER offer. The purchase of rolls of contact cards for printers is possible during the duration of the Show.LENI declines all responsibility for reading problems beyond its control: brightness of event spaces, reflection of plastic badge holders, poor handling of the tool by the user, etc …

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 400 € per reader (with or without printer) by check payable to LENI or by credit card is to be expected no later than the day of withdrawal of the Reader(s). The deposit will be given to the tenant by LENI at the time of the return of the rented equipment in a condition identical to that observed at the beginning of the rental. LENI reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit in the event of non-return of the equipment, damage to the equipment or non-payment of invoices. In case of non-return of the equipment or damaged equipment, LENI will invoice the prices below according to the rented model:

  • Opticon stand 110,00 € HT
  • Opticon charger 40,00 € HT
  • Smartphone reader + charger 170,00 € HT
  • Smartphone charger only 25,00 € HT
  • Zebra MZ220 Printer 300,00 € HT

ORDERS
All orders are firm and final. Beyond the limited date, LENI cannot guarantee the availability of the equipment ordered. All payments must be adjusted no later than the day of collection of the badge reader. LENI reserves the right not to deliver the material for any order that has not been paid before the day before the opening of the Show.For any unpaid order, LENI reserves the right to delay the sending of the Excel file for the OPTICON offer and/or to temporarily cut off access to the web platform. Any misuse of the devices made available (phones, printers, abusive 3G/4G/5G consumption and outside the scope of the rental) will be subject to additional billing. If the exhibitor uses his own equipment, the communication costs are borne by him.
